There are many reasons why you should start working out with gym equipment earlier rather than later in the day. Early exercise will be more refreshed than someone who slept through their alarm and is less likely to put on weight due to that fitness-inclined morning routine.


Working out early in the morning is best because the intensity of your workout will be better.

The body is not warmed up, and its natural endorphins are not yet active, so working out earlier in the day will be more strenuous. Working out too late at night is also a no-no since our bodies tend to enter a period of deep sleep.


It is best to start working out with gym equipment at the time of day when you have the most energy. For example, if you are a morning person, it is best to start working out in the morning.

Working out with a home gym in the evening is also good if you are a night person.
