Many people keep applying this “who is the strongest?” it has in all times interested people to know in one purpose or the other. The sport of lifting a weighted equipment is described as the complete measurement of human strength through a weighted equipment. In weightlifting the athletes compete to lift as much weight as possible in the squat, bench press and deadlift, pushing their bodies through a gym equipment known as Squat Rack. Each bodybuilder when lifting a weighted equipment in a competition is given three attempts in each compete. The best result from each compete is added together, the highest total wins. The sport of weightlifting is a competition where you compete against other athletes and the iron as well. In powerlifting the weight move slower and the loads are significantly higher.


The three compete of weightlifting test strength in different parts of the lifters body. In competition, the squat is the first discipline. In the squat the lifters place a barbell on their shoulders. The lift is then performed by the athlete squatting down to where the top surface of the legs at the hip joint is lower than the top of the knee and then stands back up erect (International Power-lifting Federation, n.d-a).


Surrounding the lifter on the platform is a team of officials, called spotters/loaders. Their task is to load weights on the barbell between attempts and ensure the safety of the lifters if they are not successful at completing the lift themselves. As of right now the spotters/loaders are the only safety mechanism available in the squat. If they cannot catch the weight, the consequences can be catastrophic.


One of the best ways to begin to learn how to weightlift is to have your personal equipment to enable you to lift a weight very well. Most lifters who happened to be power-lifters today are well structured and trained to get to a point of competing with other professionals. You must be qell dedicated to your goal of becoming a power-lifter. Your major goal should be on how to overcome your opposition whenever you start competing.


How you start to train is to purchase the gym equipment's made of Squat Rack, weight lifting bench, Barbells and gym plates, collar set. This few equipment will increase your chances of becoming a power-lifter. Remember power-lifters are known as world heavyweight lifters today. They are well train with best coach ever.


The reason of their training is to make sure the lift a weighted equipment very well. They can weight equipment up from the floor through their knees and up their shoulders. Before you can lift a weighted equipment this way, you must be a professional and for you to become a well power-lifter, you must be dedicated to training. Not just training, you need a personal gym equipment to increase your chances of becoming a power-lifter. For the best of my knowledge, power-lifters have their personal gym center for their personal exercising. Most of them go to commercial gym center to train some client or to visit a friend, but in the closet door, they have a personal exercising equipment which help them in training and keeping fit with their kind of profession.


Conclusion: You can start today to become a power-lifter through consistent exercising. One of the weaknesses of a power-lifter is inability to know his strength. Before going for any competition, you must keep training with your personal equipment to keep fit.
